Gressingham Foods and Green Label Farms LLP take the training needs of their workforce very seriously. Training opportunities are available to all of our employees. Below are examples of some of the training undertaken by a large proportion of our staff over the past 12 months:

• Microsoft Excel
• NVQ Levels 1, 2 and 3
• English for foreign workers
• Emergency first aid at work
• Farm machinery training (Weidermann, Loadall, Teleporter etc)
• Health and safety training
• Fire safety protection courses
• ILM supervisors course
• Animal welfare training
• Risk assessment training

Apprenticeships are also available with day release for college where necessary.
