Working with Gressingham Foods and Farms

Founded by Miriam and Maurice Buchanan in 1971 the business has remained in the family and is now run by brothers William and Geoffrey Buchanan.  Having gone from strength to strength, Gressingham Foods currently sells 9m ducks a year, making it one of the leading duck and poultry producers and processors in the country.  We believe that delicious duck comes from responsible farming and we place great emphasis on local breeding to high welfare standards.  Our mission is simple – to produce the best duck and speciality poultry products and never to compromise on quality.
