The foods that we produce have long been favourites of home cooks and chefs alike. The reason’s simple – the high quality of our products make it quite straightforward to produce delicious and impressive meals, whether you’re preparing a lavish feast for family and friends or making a mid–week treat.

You’ll find a wide range of recipes on these pages, from simple whole bird roasting tips to fail safe dinner party recipes. They’ve been created by our own development chef Vernon Blackmore who’s been working professionally with Gressingham Foods’ products since 2000.

We are always pleased to hear how you get on cooking our products and we’d love to share your own recipes for cooking our ducks, geese and turkeys. Vernon will choose the recipe he likes best to feature on this site each month.
